Delivery

Our mail orders are delivered UK wide by Delsolk on a next day before 12 noon service from Tuesday till Friday. (There are a few parts of the country where delivery would be before 17.30)

Most items are packaged in either gas flushed cartons or if preferred, vacuum packed. They are sent in environmentally friendly insulated boxes and packed with ice to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and will stay at the correct temperature for up to 48hrs.

The silver insulating liner can be sterilised and reused for future deliveries and to this end we would be most obliged if you could return the liner in the enclosed pre-paid bag.

All items are sent fresh and can either be kept in the fridge or frozen on arrival.

If you have a special request which the online shop does not accommodate (such as a different cut or size of joint or amounts to be packaged in one carton), you can leave a message on the order or telephone. On receipt of your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date which can be within 2 working days. A message can be left with the courier on your instruction to leave the order safe or with a neighbour if you are not at home to receive it, it can be directed to a different delivery address.

When we are sure you have received your order using the Citylink online tracking system we will credit your account either through our secure online payment system or we can take your credit or debit card details over the phone when the order is placed.
